Too untidy. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. Bed linens and bed cushions smell very awful and has stains. Aircon was not too cold during the day. Floor was too untidy and you can hear the floor creaks as you walk around the room. Comfort room was too dirty and mosquitoes were living inside. Water heater is not working. And their water turned yellow the next day. Their common kitchen was too dirty as well. It was that bad that we had to book another homestay. My 6y/o son didn't even owant to pee in their CR because it was that bad. 0/10 :(
